The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Rittenhouse Square and various attractions like the Art Museum and Liberty Bell. The pool area was spacious and never crowded, which made for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the clean fitness room as well. Unfortunately, the service at the bar wasn't the best, and I found it confusing that there were no clear instructions provided during check-in regarding amenities or parking.

My room was spacious and had a cozy corner perfect for reading. The beds were incredibly comfortable with plenty of charging ports for all my devices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

I really enjoyed the small bar and restaurant in the lobby, but the rooftop pool was the highlight of my stay! The rooms were clean, although a bit smaller than expected.

The pillows were soft to the point of frustration. I found myself tossing and turning, battling to find a comfortable position. There was also limited cable options on the small TV, making in-room entertainment rather underwhelming. The pool closing at 8:00 pm felt early, cutting short the chance for a late-night swim, and I experienced a rather perplexing pre-authorization charge at check-in that didn’t get clearly explained. Lastly, the lack of proper towel hooks in the bathroom was a minor annoyance, leading to surplus towel usage.

Location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the coffee at the Art Bar. a solid experience.

Plus, Gran Caffe L'Aquila serves coffee that could convert even the most dedicated tea drinker! And speaking of the hotel, the friendly front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and the rooftop pool area looked like a chill spot, even if I didn’t dive in myself.

So, I had a little hiccup with my room upgrade and lost 4 bucks when trying to score some bfast vouchers—real bummer! The front desk guy seemed skeptical of my situation. A trust-based business should totally be easy peasy, right?
